Meet the Six Finalists Pitching Real Solutions for North Texas Cities
Public works, environmental and transportation innovators will take the stage October 21 at the 2026 North Texas Connected Innovation Pitch Competition
Six companies have been selected as finalists for the 2026 North Texas Connected Innovation Pitch Competition, advancing to a live event that starts with the city as the customer and a real community challenge as the assignment.
On Wednesday, October 21, the finalists will gather at Hall Tower in Frisco to present solutions across public works, environmental solutions, and transportation and logistics. Rather than asking founders to deliver a general investor pitch, North Texas Connected invited companies to respond to needs identified by local governments—with the strongest solutions moving toward city pilots.
The competition is a joint initiative of the Frisco Economic Development Corporation, McKinney Economic Development Corporation, and the North Texas Innovation Alliance. Together, the partners are creating a pathway for emerging companies to demonstrate deployment-ready technologies, build relationships across the region, and help cities improve operations, resident services, and quality of life.
