North Texas Just Got a Powerful New AI Partner — And They're One of Our Own

June 29, 2026 - The North Texas Innovation Alliance is proud to welcome WhitegloveAI as an official AI Partner and member.

There's a story we love to tell at NTXIA — the one about North Texas not just participating in the future, but helping to build it. Today, we get to tell that story again.

We're proud to announce our official partnership with WhitegloveAI, a Frisco-based AI company that has been doing extraordinary work right here in our region. As an AI Partner and member of NTXIA, WhitegloveAI will help us advance something we care deeply about: making AI adoption practical, responsible, and accessible for businesses of every size, public agencies, and communities across North Texas.

Meet WhitegloveAI

If you haven't heard of WhitegloveAI yet, you will. Founded and headquartered in Frisco, this is a company that has built its reputation by meeting organizations exactly where they are — and helping them take meaningful steps forward with AI.

Their portfolio tells a compelling story of range and ambition. They developed AI-powered avatar experiences deployed for the City of Frisco, immersive applications that put North Texas on the map as a place where AI innovation shows up in real, public-facing ways. They build custom AI applications and 24/7 AI agents for companies that range from small businesses to enterprises, helping employers work faster, serve customers around the clock, and grow. And they've developed State-Certified AI training curriculum now in use across Texas, helping professionals and organizations build the foundational knowledge needed to navigate an AI-powered world.

That range — innovative application work, real impact for businesses, and serious investment in AI education and workforce readiness — is exactly what makes this partnership so well-suited to NTXIA's mission. It matters, too, that WhitegloveAI is a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network. The solutions they build are grounded in frontier AI, with security and governance designed in from the start, which is the standard responsible adoption calls for.

What This Partnership Is About

At its core, this partnership is about acceleration. North Texas has the talent, the institutional infrastructure, and the civic will to be a national leader in responsible AI adoption. What we need are the right partners helping to connect strategy to action. WhitegloveAI brings that.

Here's what we're building together in year one:

An NTXIA AI Chatbot. WhitegloveAI is configuring and deploying a chatbot powered by NTXIA's own knowledge base — giving members, partners, and community stakeholders a faster, smarter way to access the resources, programs, and information they're looking for. It's a practical tool with an immediate impact, and a signal of what AI-enabled community infrastructure can look like.

Real Support for Cities and Public Sector Organizations. This may be the dimension of our partnership we're most excited to share. Local governments across North Texas are grappling with some of the most consequential AI questions of our time: How do we build internal capacity? How do we develop governance frameworks that protect residents while enabling innovation? How do we upskill a municipal workforce for an AI-enabled future? WhitegloveAI brings deep, practical expertise in exactly these areas — helping cities move from curiosity to strategy to implementation. Through this partnership, that expertise becomes a resource for NTXIA's public sector members and the broader regional ecosystem.

Real Support for Businesses, From Startups to Enterprises. Cities are only part of the story. North Texas is home to thousands of businesses, from early-stage startups to mid-market firms to enterprises, and most of them are asking the same questions: Where do we actually start with AI? How do we adopt it without creating security or compliance risk? How do we get measurable results rather than pilots that stall? WhitegloveAI works with companies of every size to answer exactly those questions, building custom AI applications and AI agents, setting AI strategy through fractional Chief AI Officer leadership, putting governance and security guardrails in place, and training teams to use AI well. For NTXIA's business members, that means a trusted local partner who can take them from first conversation to working solutions.

Thought Leadership Woven Into Regional Conversation. WhitegloveAI will participate in NTXIA roundtables, convenings, and workgroups as subject-matter experts — contributing to the regional dialogue on AI governance, workforce development, public-sector adoption, and responsible implementation. Their voice will help sharpen the thinking that shapes North Texas's AI future.

Expanding Access to Digital Skills and Community AI Resources. We're exploring how WhitegloveAI's learning platform could help bring NTXIA and Dallas Innovation Alliance digital skills resources to more people across the region — lowering barriers and making it easier for residents, city employees, and organizations to access what they need. And this fall, WhitegloveAI will advise on the development of a community AI workshop designed to meet everyday North Texans where they are. More details to come — but mark your calendars.

Why This Matters for the Region

We talk often at NTXIA about the difference between AI adoption that happens to a region and AI adoption that happens for one. The distinction matters. When AI arrives without strategy, without workforce preparation, without equity of access, communities can be left behind — even as the technology advances all around them.

This partnership is a bet on the other kind of adoption. WhitegloveAI's expertise in municipal AI strategy means cities can build from a position of knowledge, not reaction. The same holds for employers: a small business, a mid-market firm, or an enterprise can adopt AI with strategy and guardrails in place rather than by guesswork. Their investment in AI education and curriculum means the benefits of AI aren't reserved for those who already have access to elite institutions or expensive consultants. And their commitment to practical, implementation-ready solutions means North Texas organizations don't have to figure this out alone.

That's the regional vision NTXIA exists to advance. And it's why having a homegrown company — one built here, growing here, and invested in this community — as a partner feels so meaningful.

A Note of Gratitude

To Nick James and the entire WhitegloveAI team: thank you for your commitment to North Texas, your belief in what NTXIA is building, and your willingness to bring your expertise into this work. We're proud to call you partners.
